Defined core personas and user flows, and delivered a new UX across key journeys including landing, search/filter, and playlist experiences. Implemented the latest brand guidelines while pushing visual and interaction boundaries where appropriate, supported by high-fidelity designs and Figma prototypes informed by real user journeys.

Working for agencies allowed me to work on a multitude of different projects which allowed me to develop my skills which I continue to this day. I first started with branding and print design where I then took on further challenges of designing for web/animation and working on front end development which led me to User Experience.
